    There's no way the show can suck with Jonah Hill hosting, is there?

    Janet Jackson was supposed to sing but got sick this week. Pretty good pickup with Carey though.

    I think SNL can find a way to make any host suck. They simply don't have the talent or writers anymore.

    Looks like I was right. NBC should do the right thing and cancel the show. It's not fair for the past cast members to be associated with this show.

    The skit with McCain being old, and the camera shots of him eating dinner at 4:30 PM was hilarious. The rest of the show, meh, as usual.

    There never ceases to be 2-3 people in every SNL thread who apparently regularly watch SNL despite the fact they think it sucks. Is there nothing better on or to do?

    I've been hearing, "SNL just isn't the same" for probably about 15 years now. :D

    I never watch it at night, but I love Tivoing it and watching it Sunday morning with the ability to fast forward through bad skits.

    I still think the season premiere was outstanding. The rest of the season has been mediocre.
