Great, so Reggie's now had one good game out of five. Boy oh boy, that's the kind of production that says slam dunk, once in a generation, No. 1 overall pick.
Yay whoo...cant wait for that Reggie Bush bandwagon to form again. I'm sure if you replace Reggie Bush with this guy he also would've single-handedly won the game for his team. Bush will have great games every once in a while...but I no longer despise us taking Williams over him. Peterson has brought it every game...where's Reggie been? Shooting commercials with Jared Fogle I guess.
If only the Texans could, instead of Mario, have a running back with a career 3.5 YPC average, including a blistering 2.9 YPC with two 1-yard touchdowns in his first five games. They'd be on their way to the Super Bowl.
I second the opinion that the thread should be titled Saints against Seahawks. So not only can you talk about Bush, you can talk about Brees, Colston, and anything else going on in the game. About Bush, he's had his struggles. To me his athletic skills were always apparent even through that, which I don't want to admit. He can start and stop with the best of them, and does have decent running back instincts and vision. Don't think he's a 30 carry guy but if in his 15-20 carries they run plays geared to his strengths and dont force the smash mouth football (though he'd still need to improve between the tackles) he could be an 1100 yard guy that gives em a home run threat and the other all-purpose yards. Mario is just a big ol' guy, which I love, but I think he's less natural at his position than Bush is to his. Just my 2 cents..
Bush with the fumble. Whatever it is...Madden and Micheals are making it sound like that is the best 100 yard effort they've ever seen.
