I've been tempted to buy this stuff too, but have held off. I'd like to hear some feedback as well.

Why would you want that ? Do you bake a lot ?

If not, "invest" in some good copper cookware. You can get it a Marshalls - esp. the Gulfgate store. b****es there got no money. It's like $ 15.00 for a $ 100.00 pan.

Don't know why girls can't cook today. Well, actually I do. So do you.
Stupid feminists. The hate for the role led to a hate for life. Now, you got a whole generation that can't cook, clean or sew, 'cause it's supposed to be "demeaning." Sh*!, I can do all that, and it makes my life richer. They threw out the baby with the bath water.

What are the advantages of copper cookware? I used to use cast iron but lost the well-seasoned set in a divorce in 1990. :p

Since then I've just been using something; I don't know what.

Copper cookware heats up really quickly, and distributes that heat very evenly. It's a dream to work with. Perfect control, responsive, very smooth. Like driving a Rolls, or ....hmm, you can think of another service with that quality. .... ;). They have some copper exterior/stainless interior stuff from caphalon that's amazing. It also really good looking, which makes the cooking as sensual party thing go. Great for cooking date at your place.

Oh - btw - please read the "b****es" argot as ironic rapper riffing - not uncommon booming in the parking lot of said store. That said, there actually are a lot of unpleasant women there. I do wish more of them were interested in personal grooming and high quality cookware, but I suppose that's what makes the bargain for me.
