The 10th season of Smallville is forthcoming, so the show is still on. Don't think either "axed" or "canceled" is the proper term here.
It is a show that should have had a 4 yr span [high school] Then moved on to something different . . . When the guy playing Lex Luthor left. . .it was basically over Rocket River

When you said canceled, I thought you meant this season. There is no way it makes sense for Smallville to go into Season 11. After Michael Rosenbaum left, it was medicore, then picked up the last season or so. Season 10 as an end is very fitting.
Wow. I thought it was canceled three or four years ago. Didn't realize it was still on. Kristin Kreuk was nice though!
