stay away, very far away. First, if I remember correctly, we are discussing KB. Second, it is not the best area of town. Third, there has been alot of crime in the community that created a negative backlash from homeowners. Fourth, it's KB. Fifth, for that amount of money there are better places to build, within the same general vicinity. Tell you friend to stay within mpc's where property values are more stable, and with builders that have better track records.
Thanks for your respond Studogg, They would like to stay around Pearlland, but so far from the prices that they've been looking at (130s to 150s), they don't have much choices in Pearland. what is mpc's?
master planned communities. they help to create zoning in a city that has none. It helps to maintain property values while residents enjoy the benefits of more amenities. In their price range, there is plenty. Plus, if their credit is good and they can actually get approved, it is very much a buyers market.
Would you please recomdend a few places? My friends are from out of state and I'm from Beaumont area, don't know a whole lot about Pearland. I know Shadow Creek & Shouthern Trail are very nice master planned communities but the prices are out of my friends' range. My friends don't have any small kids, so school district won't be a issued for them.
I'd like to help, but I don't have access to the data I used to that made the analysis easy. Working with a realtor would be they're best bet.
