That was crazy. It was just like those old MJ/Bird McDonald's commercials. I wonder if it was real...
That what i was thinking at first but not sure if it was editing or real...guess someone in the biz could spot out some things.
I guess it doesn't have to be fake, they can try each shot 200 times, and there is a good chance that 1 or 2 of those shots will go in. They could just edit those together.
I think all of those were makable with multiple tries. Camera angles made them more impressive. Being higher up than the backet makes it easier too. The kicked skateboard one was very cool.
I doubt anybody believes they can do that stuff automatically. It's just cool to see the ones they make. Still, you can't deny how badass some of those were. Like the guy shooting it while on the lip of the halfpipe.
that was awesome. i give them credit just for having the patience to work through all the misses. slamming it in with the skateboard was pretty cool.
totally real. Some look sort of fake, but it's due to the wide-angle or fish-eye-like view of the camera, plus the height, makes it AWESOME. Sweet find. What IS "Statepark", anyway? Anyone knows these dudes and from where they are?
"skatepark" is just a place where people skateboard, bmx, or rollerblade. these guys are from the DC Shoe Co USA team (most of them at least). I recognized two of them from their team, but it's not like i follow skateboarding a whole lot, just see it here and there, and a couple of them i've seen before. www.dcshoecousa.com i think it's legit because of the size of company DC is, however, it could also just as easily be argued to be fake because of the size of company DC is.
