    Hot water humidifer, Vicks VapoSteam.
Icy Hot for the neck and back.
Vicks VapoRub for the upper lip.
Mentholatum Deep Heating for your bare, naked chest.

But most importantly, get a bag of styrofoam cups for the 3:00 am snort and spit.

Lost my voice last weekend. Congestion. Now, dry coughing non stop.

Think I might have to bite the bullet and go see the doc. :(

this is from allergies or cold?

add a bit of salt to our saline rinse

eat pho or any of the noodle/soup dishes, that'll relief the misery for a little while :D

On top of some of the suggestions others have posted, drink lots of water and get lots of sleep. There is truly nothing like restful sleep to help the body get over being ill.

    Lots of Mucinex and sleep.

Seasonal allergies are the trigger. Make sure you're taking something like a Zyrtec at least daily.

I used this Neti Pot for my Maxillary Sinus.

Be sure to use clean distilled water should you get one.

You need a good night-time reliever like TheraFlu.

Also, there's a Sinus/Allergy Tylenol... for night and daytime. Good luck.

I got the same. Started just this morning. Got it from the roommate. Sucks, cuz my birthday is tomorrow.

Oh well. I'm sure it's OK to chug mucinex and take myriad shots at the same time.

when i have this problem, which happens quite frequently, because i have allergies and i live in Austin. I take tons of nasal decongestants. Those dry up your nose pretty well. OTC stuff, usually the pills that you take every 2 to 4 hours and I double up on them if its really bad.
