I want to see Dragic Parsons Morris Camby Patterson for extensive minutes on the floor. (Probably won't happen. They'll probably sit Camby down.) No more Dalembert. We know what he brings. No more Scola. No more Lee. No Fortson. Boykins for his obligatory 18 mpg spotting Dragic and that's it. Substitute Smith at the big spot and that other guy we signed, Damien something or another. Run Bud as the third wing and see what he looks like at 2 guard in between Parsons and Dragic and see what Morris and Parsons look like at the 3 and the 2 with Camby, Patterson, and Dragic. I want to see: 1. If Parsons can play the 2 and guard 2 guards. 2. What Morris does with the starting unit in a primary scoring/shooting role. 3. Patterson starting at the 4 and playing 4 exclusively instead of trying to play 5. 4. What kind of potential Smith has at 5. 5. A look a the Damien kid to see if he's got anything at all. 6. A lot of pick-and-roll involving Dragic and our bigs. 7. Morris getting a lot of shots. 8. Morris posting up. 9. Patterson posting up. 10. Smith posting up. 11. Varied defenses including matchup zone and some sort of box and 1against better perimeter defenders like Eric Gordon. 12. Clear double teams against good post players to see what our defensive scramble looks like with the players I just mentioned. 13. Smith in the high post to see if he's developing passing skills.
