Since the D-league isn't affected, why won't the NBA guys play in D-leauge?

You do know that the NBDL max salary is around $25k, right? NBA guys hard up for cash could make that much appearing at Nike or Adidas basketball camps.

It does make sense for the rookies to go to the D-League, if the season doesn't start on time.

Specially for our own rookies. Marcus, Chandler and Donatas, could play for the Vipers and try to familiarize themselves with the system the Rockets will be running.

You cant be sent down by your NBA team after 3 years I believe. Walker doesnt have a team at all so he can sign there as a Free Agent hoping to get picked up by an NBA team.

He's gotta do something to pay back what he owes to the casinos. But NBDL pay isn't going to make much of a dent.

Some D-League teams are owned and/or managed by the NBA teams.

Can they sign a contract with a D-league team which can be terminated should/when the NBA season starts like they are saying they can do with Euro contracts?

A group of players should get together and take the place of the Washington Generals, then tour with the Harlem Globetrotters.

D league players earns 5 digits a year, that's why barely any NBA players want to play there. It's not even as attractive as CBA.
