Who do you think is better?

    Aaron Brooks

    or

    Rajon Rondo

Who is or would be the best fit on this current Rockets roster?

Aaron fits our roster better than Rondo at this time. We need his great shooting.

I like Brooks better because he's ours.

Rondo is more established and has been better so far in his career but I like Brooks attitude and style better.

Rondo is hard to judge versus Aaron
    because
Rondo has three probably Hall of Famers around him.

Put Aaron on that team .. . I think he shines even brighter

At this point of their carrier:

Ability to score: Brooks > Rondo
Court vision/ability to create assist: Brooks < Rondo
    Defense: Brooks < Rondo
    Attitude: Brooks > Rondo

As a basketball player Rondo is better than Brooks right now, but Brooks can still improve on his game.

Hey I work for a freight carrier is that what you mean??? JK ;)

I'd take AB personally, I always liked him since we drafted him. I was even pulling for him to upset Florida in the tournament single handedly. He's a gem. :D

Rondo plays in a system with three hall of famer's and that should say all about Rondo. AB plays with basically a bunch of role players and still puts up the numbers not to mention he is light years ahead of Rondo offensively. Rondo does have the height advantage and plays better defense because of it. I'm seriously laughing at Boston throwing that money at Rondo for what basically amounts to an average point guard who has reached his limit.

Rondo is better defensively and Brooks is better offensively. We have a team full of guys that are good defenders so scoring is more vital to this team. We saw what this team looked like when we had a point that couldn't spread the floor. Just look back at some old game tape with Rafer.

Rondo gets more pub and credit because of the team he plays on, but who was screaming that Rondo was so great before KG and Allen showed up. Role players can look like all-stars when they play next to Hall of Famers, but Rondo on most other teams would just be another guy.

Brooks is the better scorer. Rondo is a better defender and distributor/decision-maker.

rondo is easily the better player (let's not look into stats here). and rondo is probably the 2nd most important player after KG. rondo handles the ball so much and do so much for them offensively. defensively, he's like KG on defense (but on the perimeter).

plus, he's like the best rebounding guard in the league it seems. the guy always seems to come up with offensive rebounds.

however, AB is the guy we need right now b/c of his offensive creativity and ability to shoot (rondo can't shoot like AB and he might never be).

I would think Lowry's style is closer to Rondo.

Would you pay Aaron Brooks 5 years $55million right now?

No way,but Rondo's not worth that much either. He does have the height advantage,is equally quick or even faster, stronger and a much better defender and can finish better around the basket as well.

He has great players to pass too which makes him look like an all-star at times, but he is a better passer than Aaron.

Aaron is a better shooter than Rondo.

If we didn't have Lowry, I honestly think that with this current roster of little to no real low post threat that having Rondo's vision, ability to create, attack the basket, and play hard D would be a better fit. Without Yao everybody on the floor doesn't need to be able to shoot the three ball. We need people to create offense and attack the basket especially since there is no TMAC as well.

Luckily we have Lowry who can be considered a Rondo-lite based on both of their styles of play so we have a little taste of both worlds.
