    Originally wish to post this in the Seattle SuperSonics game thread.

    But then, might as well create a new one for it.

    The Rockets got together their first team practice of the New Year in preparation for the game with Supersonics.

    Everyone was there.....including Kirk Synder and Bonzi Wells..................and Yao Ming too !!!

    What the hell is Yao doing there? He should stay home, relax, play his computer games, get recovered, and maybe watch more tapes ...

    He has been visiting Toyota Centre ever since December 28th, and every day except the Saturdays/Sundays, as he needs to catch up all the lost time, and keep up his strength and conditioning exercise on his upper limbs to keep their strength and muscle fitness before they wither.

    Isn't it obvious? They're preparing to outfit Yao w/ Robocop legs. With the pop-out gun holster too when somebody tries to F'ing stop him.

    Good to see Bonzi at practice. Looking forward to tomorrow...

    Hahaha those practices look chill from the views those pictures gave.

    LOL at Luther Heads solo with the leather ball. He looks like a happy little kid or like a guy who's a little tipsy. Haha. He looks so funny.

    And there's good old Shane Battier setting up in his spot again.
