No it doesn't. Rose has done that exact move a bunch of times this year on several different PGs and made them look foolish. Nobody can stay in front of him. Right here and now, his crossover is comparable to Wade's. He is the most dynamic rookie the NBA has seen in a while.
I don't know. To me the crossover is nice, but not great. It only looks sick because Andre Miller misplanted his left foot and fell down (yes I know, that's part of the point). Just that imo, Rose has already had lots of crossovers better than that one this season.
It sure does. Andre Miller may be one of many victims, but it's never a good thing to watch your man lay the ball up while you're sitting on your ass. That goes for anybody, regardless of how good a defender they are. So don't get bent out of shape because I didn't throw praise at your new idol. For what it's worth, I'm blown away by what he's shown this season and I was in the minority that thought he was the right pick at #1. I was just making a comment about Miller, whose defense was laughable to me long before this incident.
i've seen it several times and it just doesn't seem that great. i mean it's nice and miller fell, but he seemed to hesitate and it wasn't all that quick, which made it even sadder that miller fell (though he probably just misplanted his foot). it wasn't tim hardaway or AI level.
Hilarious. I'd do it. The cross was ok, but Miller made it look sick. Rose is just so freaking good at beating his guy and getting to the basket. He should of flushed it though or layed it up with his left to make it look better.
I'm not bent out of shape at all. Sorry you took it that way. BTW, I'm no Andre Miller fan either. I've seen him get abused before, especially as a Nugget.
