http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/writers/kelly_dwyer/03/04/western.thoughts/index.html "Before he even put on a Rockets uniform, Mike James was the steal of the trade deadline. Since strapping on that goofy Houston logo, however, he's proven to be the steal of the five-year old century. In three games with the Rockets, James has averaged 23 points and five assists, while shooting 54 percent from the field and an incendiary 55 percent on 3-point attempts."
it looks like a chinese character.. and with the red color makes it like uni for chinese national team..
thank you Mr. 20 posts... and thank you Mr. SI guys for your unsoliciated editorial on the logo I believe that the general consensus on this board is that ANYTHING beats:
Oh heck yeah.. That old Logo looks like they should put on some big clown shoes and a paint there faces .
Willis does it matter how many posts you have? Is there a prerequsite on # of posts? Another mr. nice guy...
Mr. 1 thousand what ever what do I care get a life, so I guess having a lot of posts makes you respectable.. and anyone with less have no right to an opinion at all..
Your right, I should have said - "Mr. Joined in Jan"... since, if you have been around you would know that the logo issue has been beaten to death on the board
Never would have thought this would lead to anonymous posters on a message board threatening to beat each other up ... I love my job!
No discussion of Kelly's article, just a 7th grade cutdown fight and a discussion of the logo? "Steal of the century" may be hyperbole, just a bit. He is fitting in nicely. A bit more scoring than any of us expected, but he'll fit very nicely at point guard. Considering Wesley is still shooting sub-.400 on the year, I'd expect JVG will tinker with the 4th quarter lineups and we'll see a Sura-James backcourt at times down the stretch.
