I don't start threads and this one is a perfect example why but could we please just shut up about the whole Tracy thing? It's quite obvious the team wants no part of him and also quite obvious he only wants to play to showcase himself for his next contract which isn't going to be here anyways so where is the benefit for the Rox to let him play; the only ones who should be fooled by TMAC's new found desire are the casual/uneducated public who think we are talking about a player who has a desire to come back and help the Houston Rockets; that should not include anyone who hangs out posting on a Houston Rockets message board. And to the trolls, the people who start threads like "Will Adelman have interest in playing Yao next year" thread. It's painfully obvious to all of us Rockets fans that everyone in the Rockets organization thinks Yao Ming descended from heaven and hung the moon on his way down. And that even if he was rolling around on one those medicare provided motor scooters you see on late night infomercials he will be the centerpiece of the team. So in conclusion, please just stop, it is the middle of the season and the more attention we give to TMAC the more it drowns out what has been an amazing effort by a group of players who bring it every night.
Well I know that this team can probably attain an 8th or 7th seed. But with McGrady, I think we could move up to possibly the 5th seed. We need a presence on the floor that will attract double teams when we're in the half-court. I love watching this team play, but sometimes they go on cold spells, where they just stand around and watch Ariza go one-on-one. I'd much rather see Tracy step up in those situations and go one-on-one and finish/make a play for an open three (Ariza at the top or Battier in the corner) or hand it off to Ariza/Hayes as they cut.
You know what's more annoying than the T-mac situation? A person starting a T-mac thread with "I usually don't start threads" just to be among the thousands of other T-mac threads. You're not going to be different. I didn't even read it; but, give it up. Share your opinion in a thread that updates his status.

You said it yourself, he want's to play for a new contract. That means he is going to bust his ass and play hard to earn some big bucks. So if he is gone next year so what, he plays hard this year for us and we perform better, and it also raises his value if thats what we choose to do. Rick needs to get over it and play him, the only one being hurt by him not playing is the team. If Rick can't see that then maybe he needs to be more educated also. Do you think you could maybe send him a message a teach him something also?

You pompous fool, how dare you include Pro McGrady fans in this way. Our team is a middle of the road team which has excelled its self beyond our wildest dreams. Its going nowhere without its stars. It will be most fortunate to make the Playoffs. As a Rockets fan for more than 27 years I want to see the best possible team representing our city. Tracy Mc Grady is our best player available.
