Didn't want to hijack Meowgi's thread. I'm ALWAYS late to the party and miss the good shows until they start showing re-runs. Some shows I watch now and can't believe I missed the first time around: Seinfeld (never watched it during primetime) 24 (DVD's via Netflix) King of Queens Still Standing (was this ever on network TV?) The Sopranos (DVD's via Netflix) The Office Curb Your Enthusiasm
Seinfeld The Simpsons Scrubs Grey's Anatomy - I just started watching all the crap my sister put on the DVR months after the fact, and I got hooked.
Didn't get into Scrubs until I watched some reruns on CC about a year and a half ago. Newsadio I caught in syndication Family Guy and Futurama I didn't catch until the DVDs came out. Same with Arrested Development. Edit Also can't forget about Firefly. One of the best DVD sets I ever purchased.
I don't watch most shows until they have 'made it' for a couple of years. I hate getting sucked into a show and then it gets canceled.
Scrubs is the only one recently I didnt start seeing it till it hit syndication (around season 3), then I checked out the boxsets to catch up with the early seasons.
i didn't watch the office until the 3rd season. after 2 episodes i was hooked. got the first 2 seasons, watched it all in about 5 days. then waited for season 3 on dvd. watched all of it in 2 days. i never tire of the show. it's in my dvd player at least once a week.
Scrubs is the main show. I never gave it a chance because it looked silly in commercials, but then I checked it out one day when I was bored. I'm now hooked.
Seinfeld for the most part King of Queens Arrested Development (working on it now) The Office I started middle of season 2, so not too bad...but a little. 24 I started in Season 4 and then went back for 1-3 Houston Rockets 1986 playoff run ATHF NewsRadio Everybody Loves Raymond Steve Harvey show (it was on during the day, I was working from home for a while..whatever) Futurama I'm sure there are tons more..
