I think we should still try and use the exception to get Miller.

Walt, Kt, Drew and the exception for

Miller, Ricky Davis and a 2nd round pick would be nice.

I think Hoop has visions of a 3-team trade [IMG]

The rockets should go after people in the last year of their contract. They should try to get 2nd rd picks with Drew.

I can see the rockets going after Miller, but only if they can send some of his salary back, so the rockets can keep SA and Mo.

The Rockets need a another big man preferably a center to bang with Shaq, Duncan, Robinson, and the other big men of the west. Mo can't do it alone, and Cato doesn't seem to be cutting it. Eddy Curry, Loren Woods, or Brendan Haywood would be a nice fit, but after that Mo signing, I doubt we will get a draft pick high enough to get one of them.

No. No way. Drew's as good as gone, and maybe Los OR KT, but not Walt and KT - not unless there's a much bigger payoff. Miller ain't it.

For all those "trade Walt" people out there, what if next season we get the Walt we saw in the last 1/4 of the season last year (which I think we will)? I think we'd feel pretty stupid...

Besides, sans Hakeem and Bull, Walt is the closest thing we've got to a veteran. Every team needs at least one. I understand the need to clear cap space, but there are probably other ways to do it.

There is one BIIIG body available in west: Big O Miller. He could bang with Shaq, is good passer and he got paid ca 1/2 mil., if i rememember it right.
