    The difference is that Rudy T. is working for a team that hired him. He's still never taken any cheap shots against the Rockets. Fisher has.

    I really hope he's bought out so i don't have to see him ever play for the rockets. I would literally rather have put jordan hill at the pg spot to back up dragic while lowry is out.

    He did cheap shot, but Battier didn't do anything, nor did Scola. If Kevin Love became a Rocket, I guess you would hate him. I will tell you this for sure, Scola would welcome Fisher if he shows up in a Rockets uniform. Read tomorrow's paper, I believe Scola will probaly joke about the incident. Lakers pushed, we didn't in that series. It might be a moot point since Fisher seems headed to a buyout

    Besides I love this trade because Lakers fans are incensed and pissed, in their mind, Fisher is god to them. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

    Definitely, Rockets should never associate such dirty human scum like Fisher in the first place....

    All he did was dirty plays that shouldn't be allowed on the court. Even if Rocket waive him immediately would not sit well with me. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Why hate on Fisher??

    Really, I want to know. I've been in the boards all day and haven't seen anybody constructing a well thought argument that the Fisher trade was bad for us.

    Lakers fans love Derek Fisher, and will until they die. If he had been on the Rockets all these years, Rocket fans would love him too. He's an NBA Professional with 5 championship rings.

    Fisher is a scrub. Besides that he is an old man that has no game left. Besides that he has been a long time Rocket enemy with his cheap shots and clutch play. Need i continue......

    trade wasnt bad because we got a firstrounder...ppl just dont like fisher
    - however I DO NOT like derek fisher
    - he elbowed our boy scola
    - he also isnt a good basketball player lol.... he was probably the worst starting point guard in the league

    People hate that he was a sometimes dirty player who played for Lakers and Jazz teams that knocked us out in the playoffs. It has little to do with the trade being "bad". Though this is about the depths of his recent failure:
