Should we boo Derek Fisher at his first game as a Rocket?

It's funny a lot of the noobs hate on Fisher. We're not used to having players like him. Players with multiple rings, toughness and ability to hit clutch shots are non-existent on this team.

I keep seeing people say things like, "as long as Fisher is a Rocket."

There is clearly a misunderstanding here. Fisher may wear a Rockets uniform, but he will never be a Rocket.

    **** Fisher, **** Les and **** Morey.

First we were willing to trade the honorable, hard-working, loyal and talented Scola (plus two more starters or so) for an ******* like Gasol and then when that didn't work we bring in the guy that hit him in the face on purpose? When he is past his prime and we already have two great PG's? I've had enough.

Go to hell, Rockets. Wake me up when Les sells the team.

Will Fisher wear 2 or will Morris keep the number?

Yes. Boo him every game as a Rocket, not just the first one. I didn't boo Scottie Pippen when he got here, and I regret that to this day. Go after Fisher because he's a d***. He doesn't deserve to wear a Rockets uniform, and I hope he never steps foot on the court as a Rocket.

Fisher is on my top ten list of most hated NBA players of ALL TIME! I can't stand the guy, I abhor him! I despise him! Only if he makes 100 game winning shots will I only begin to tolerate him. No, even then, I will not acknowledge that he is on the Rockets. When he is on the floor, we are playing with only four. Stupid management!

I'll go you one better. If I continue to watch the Rockets (and I probably will because I can't seem to quit no matter how many times I say I will), I'm keeping my own stats and I'm not counting anything he does for us. If DF hits a "game-winner" I will chalk the game up to a loss.

    Exactly!

And people keep bringing up the fact that he hit clutch shots at one point in his career. Sorry, that hasn't happend in quite some time and he has been a liability for the lakers atleast 3 years now, they have had to make due with him.

I will agree it's possible he can teach some of our guys toughness, that's if he even cares about helping us. My gut tells me he wants no part of Houston just like many of us fans don't want him. Of course I am gonna want him to do well if he actually joins our team but that doesn't mean I have to like him. I started watching the rockets in 93 I am no noob, I know what type of dirt bag this guy is on the floor.

Give us Kobe, I will not boo that man in a Rockets uniform. Will you boo Rudy Tomjanovich (he has been working for the Lakers for at least 10 years now)?!?!?!? Will Derek Fisher dress as a Rockets player that is my question, he might just retire instead of playing for the Rockets.
