He has a decent jumper and even though he is undersized he is still a better rebounder than both Taylor or Howard. I think he might even be a better defender than them also. We could start Weatherspoon and bring taylor off of the bench. Iam kinda wondering why Van grumpy hasnt already given him more playing time since he is a former Knick.

It's a sad day in Rockets history when fans start wondering if Spoon should be starting. :(

I wouldn't be surprised if Weatherspoon did start instead of Howard or Mo.
We don't seem to have any solution to our problems.

lol...yeah that's true. even if he is not starting i would like to see him get some mins and see what he can do. Our biggest weakness (outside of shooting) is probably rebounding and he might be an upgrade over our current PFs in that category.

Sometimes, you don't need any further explanation.

He's the least likely of our PF's to have a future with the Rockets.

I think Mo, being that he is younger, is more likely to be a part of the Rockets plans for the future........since we're stuck with him anyway.

the way Juho and MoT are playing, I would definitely try my luck with Spoon. His shooting cant be any worse than the others and he can definitely help on the boards and play some good defense

I like Padgett getting mins off of the bench but he doesnt solve our rebounding problems. He is also in my mind the worst defender of the bunch (spoon, taylor, howard).

How about clutch the bear? Since we are scraping the bottom of the barrel anyway.

Until we can trade one or more of our albatross PF's. Then we are just stuck with these overpaid players that do nothing but make JVG look further down the bench for help.
