Should the NBA have a NFL style Salary Cap

    NFL has a salary cap system that doesn't allow a team to go over a certain # , should NBA also adopt a similar system .

    Don't give me this soft , hard cap , luxury tax etc BS. Have a # where you can't go over , and a # you can't go under either.

    That is the definition of a hard cap.
