Should Mutombo get consideration for the All-Star game?

    Think Mutombo should be an All-Star this year based on his play since Yao went out and assuming he keeps this level of play up? With Yao's status uncertain for the game, the next leading vote recipients at center are Amare and then Dampier. It's highly unlikely he'll get on via the fan voting so it would have to be up to the coaches...

    No, let him rest...we need him for the stretch run.

    I hope NONE Of the Rockets can play or make it.....that way they are rested and ready to dominate the league the rest of the way.

    All stars game is a trick and pony show. We need Deke to rest them old bones and play hard for us. But, in our hearts, we know Deke is an all star and that's all that matters :cool:

    2.6 points, 5.8 boards 1 bpg? Isn't that kinda silly? He's playing great now though but All-Star? He hasn't played enough PT and doesn't have the stats for that.
