IF MY AUNT HAD BALLS SHE WOULD BE MY UNCLE!!!! Bash me for being a new member, but after every tough loss on the Rockets part, this board fills up with "He was fouled..." , or "blame so-and-so." So far,Rudy, Mobley, Cato, Francis,Taylor, and the loss of Olajuwon have all been blamed for the loss to the Sonics. THe point is,after the SPurs win, we got cocky. The fans got cocky, the team got cocky. Then Sacremento showed us what the last two or three seasons taught them about being a young team. The Same damn thing happened earlier this season:Rockets go on a streak, Sacremento puts them in their place. Just because we got within a half-game of the playoffs does not mean to cancel vacation plans for April and June. The BIg Picture We had plenty of juice, and yes, that was a huge blow when Hakeem went down. BUt meanwhile, Phoenix, Minnesota, and now Seattle have not taken their eyes off the prize. Come on, man, the(significant) playoff experience on this team is limited to the Dream, the Bull, and MObley, who last time he was in the playoffs, thought he could drive the lane on Shaquille O'neal and hit the game winner.(yeah i know i counted out Shandon and those scrubs we got from portland, so don't try and tell me I am spouting out incorrect stats.) WE need to get focused and slap ourselves in the face. WE technically havent been in the playoff picture since we were 13-9, and even then, after moochie hit that(lucky) game winner against the Warriors, he was bragging about"jockeying for playoff position: at 22 games into the season!"Its sad!!!!
