    Given his great offensive record and his ability to smash defenses or figure out ways around them, this is great hire by the Texans. My only worry is that he is too mired in the 19th Century systems to really adapt to today's schemes. Still, I trust he'll figure it out... he'll make a great Head Coach someday... what a leader!
