Is there anywhere online I can get free sheet music?? I am so tired of spending money on this stuff. If I can get free guitar tabs, why can't I get free sheet music?

This. You can never listen enough. It will liberate you musically and turn on your creative side. Lose the staves.

Depends entirely on the type of music.

Learning by ear is one thing. It's awesome and gives you freedom to interpret as you will. But sometimes, sheet music is required. There are time where I need to make sure I am 100% accurate.
