Maybe this will keep the Pistons motivated. Sometimes they seem to lose focus at times.

All these gurantees by atletes are pretty stupid. Put something on the line atleast.

I dunno, I found it as kinda being a bit too arrogant and overconfident.
    Hopefully Pistons win though.

    I think so...
but also, McGrady guaranteed "my team will be back next year" following game 7 of the playoffs last year.

The Pistons are bored, they are just too good for the Cavs. They've already won the East, nobody is even close.

It's called "getting bored"...it's too damn easy for the Pistons, they know it.

The best and most intense playoff series is yet to be played...I can't wait for Pistons vs. Heat.

BTW, it's called a "Guaran-Sheed", he does it every single playoffs, and he's delivered on them 100% of the time.

Usually, the playoffs don't start for the Pistons until a GuaranSheed is made, so someone must've rubbed Sheed the wrong way the other night in Cleveland.

Wow, bold prediction there, Rasheed Namath...saying you'll win the series against a team you're supposed to beat that you're leading 2 games to 1...

Sheed: " We gon' bust they ass tomorrow, this'll be the last game of the season in this building. "

Sheed: " Its one, maybe two teams that we play and say we can't make any mistakes. "

Reporter: Are the cavs one of them?

    Sheed: "NOPE"
    :D

Very few athletes these days make many very bold and very public promises like this. I kinda like it. Aside from Sheed, the last athlete I recall doing this sort of thing so publicly was the great one and only, Ali.

um... Ubigred, just a comment about your sig. TMac helped Orlando gain a 3-1 lead in the first round of the playoffs in 2003. The Pistons never made it to the finals in 2003, they got to the finals, and won in 2004.

Patrick Ewing guaranteed a Knicks Championship in 94 when going against the Rockets in the Finals.

Hakeem shut him up on the court.
