Choi Hong Man would absolutely destroy Shaq. It wouldn't even be close. I've seen the guy take on trained fighters the size of Shaq. There's no way Shaq could come close to penetrating his defense and he'd eventually get taken out by a knee or elbow.
I don't know how good Shaq is, but I do know that Choi would absolutely take the fight for the notoriety alone. $$$$$!
so shaq said..1 year..maybe 2 left in the nba? i wonder how that will play into the trade/contract extension situation.
Serious question: If he really does fight this guy, will he be violating his contract? like the same way Monta Ellis did by riding a moped? How much freedom do NBA stars get in trying other sports, etc.?
Shaq's been training for 10 years off and on. If he dedicated himself to a training camp for a fight the dude could cause some serious damage. He's huge, strong as hell, quick as hell for someone his size and is a world class athlete. The only question is can he take a punch?
Shaq would tear up Choi. Choi is a slow giant with heavy hands. He took Fedor down and mounted him but was way to slow to capitalize. Fedor put him in an arm bar and made him tap. Fedor vs Choi
