I have the same problem. The weird thing is, for the 1st link I got a still picture of Kutcher and the audio while for the 2nd one I only got audio. Does it require a special codec?
RealPlayer worked just fine for me. Make sure you have the latest updates. Shaq had to be bleeped out about 50 times.

I think Shaq overreacted. Some people get punked much worse, and does not try to grab the actor. They just let the air out of his tires. that is not a terrible thing. It was funny though
It was funny only because the day before he said he couldn't get Punk'd. From the previews at the beginning though, that Avril Lavigne one looks awesome. I guess she pushes some guys stalled car out of the way so she can get out but the car rolls right into some explosive stuff and BOOM. I don't watch the show, but I used to. I'd watch an episode though when it's something massive like a car blowing up.
