Shaquille O'Neal made an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards. The man must have lost at least 30 lbs of fat. He almost looks like the Shaq that played against us in the NBA Finals in 1995. If Shaq can stay in this type of shape, the NBA is in trouble!!! This man looks like he is on a mission to show the Lakers and Kobe that he is not out of shape. Things look bleak for the teams in the East!

It looks like good news for the centers in the Western Conference. It's really bad news for Cato. Cato will be guarding Shaq 4 times next season.

I would love to see Shaq get motivated and be all he can be.

Yao will have to wait a few years to become the man.

    BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID!

Kobe might fake another finger injury before the Christmas game vs Miami...

All I can say is "holy crap". I can see him averaging 30 and 12 this year. I'm glad we only see him twice this year.

Kobe ego vs Shaq ego. This is going to be good! I'd rather see Shaq @ LA than Kobe @ Miami. Especially when Shaq dunks on some unsuspecting Laker! :D Oh the irony!

The Laker boo-birds will come out to roost!

    Here's a pic of Shaq w/wife.

He'll gain it all back before the season is over. And never, I said never underestimate his toe.

    That's great for him, seriously.

Let's not forget our very own Yao who is 1 pound away from his ideal weight, and 0.5% LOWER than his ideal body fat.

If Eddy Curry gets into shape and the Spurs sign Malone (moving Duncan to C), then we're looking at big man dominance again next season with those 4.

Shaq is going to drop 28/12/3 next season IMO.
