We might as well hire Vernon Maxwell as an assistant coach.

Definitely a raise I believe. Trying to keep Harden and Westbrook happy.

John Lucas should be a Sports Psychologist instead. Mo Cheeks role now as a Assistant Coach.

I hope the Rockets go after a Sports Psychologist.

Harden, Westbrook, Gordon, House need help.

Harden personal life and on the court, 4th Qtr mental block.

Westbrook scared and taking panic shots.

Eric Gordon needs to be consistent in Game 6,7

House personally needs to grow up.

James Harden needs to be active in the 4th Quarter. He is lazy in the 4th while Russell Westbrook needs to stop taking erratic 3 Point brick shots.

Need to hire Shane Battier as President of Basketball Operations so he can bring in Miami Heat system for finding and developing young players.

This needs to be Stone's priority.

Battier won’t come to the NBA.

Is Shane Battier with the Miami Heat Analytics Staff?

The Front Office need some Leadership
Shane Battier is so well spoken, humble, polite, smart with Analytics, with old school scouting.

He really is down to earth that it won't feel like he is the boss.

    He would fit in well.

I hope they trade players away and free some cap room and go after Shane Battier.

Scouting NBA Prospects is so huge.

My bad, I thought he still was involved with College Ball now. Why would he want to come to a dysfunctional franchise right now?
He played a part in winning a title with Miami.
He may feel loyalty towards them.

    Promotion from Director to President.

He would in essence be guiding Stone, who is really not a basketball guy.

What can he do? The game has changed since he retired. He is an analytical ex- player who was a defensive expert with decent outside shooting and rebounding. More 3 and D but not more than that in my opinion. Riley is the real genius in Miami.

You may not know this but Miami has BEST player development program in entire NBA.

And Shane is the leader of the Heat player development (and Analytics) program.

One of the complaints against Morey (and MDA) was the poor development of young players.

Miami's players developed just this past offseason:

    Tyler Herro
    Duncan Robinson
    Kendrick Nunn
    Derrick Jones Jr
    KZ Okpala
    Chris Silva
    Kyle Alexander
    Gabe Vincent

Of course, Bam Adebayo, former lottery pick but no one envisioned him as a point center.
