It seems that Lowry is getting more minute and also more minute in 4th quarter.

Do you guys believe Lowry shall be tested as starter now?

Lowry should start because he is a better PG than Brooks. Lowry has better passing skills and plays better defense. Bring Brooks off the bench so he can go off on the other teams second unit.

I think its really unlikely that Lowry will gain the starting position at this stage. The playoffs aren't far away, and Adelman doesn't like shaking up in his lineups even early in the regular season. For him to do so now would be a real surprise.

Next season, though, I could see Lowry beating out Aaron for the starting job. He'll have to earn it, though -- it won't just be given to him.

Keep on starting Aaron, otherwise he will lose all confidence in himself but keep on increasing Lowry's minutes as well.

I think that DM picked up Morey with the possibility of him becoming our starter one day.

I could see AB being included in a trade because teams are really high on him. To get back a superstar talent the standard giving these days are a big expiring contract, a young possible star with a cheap contract, and draft picks. The Rox have all these except for Draft Picks.
Around trade time a lot of teams where interested in AB and Landry because of their value given their contracts.

I'm not booking it but you can't put one past DM. Morey always seems to be one step ahead of us... ie. Bobby Jackson, Batum, Greene, Dorsey.

to the op - i think "should lowry start in the post-season" is what you meant. off-season is the summer, not playoffs.

think of them as another scolandry hybrid. On any given night, one of them will make you pay.

After all, when we're running an inside/outside style, it is yao who is making plays for his comrades. So it really doesn't bother me if Brooks gets half of an assist during his minutes.

No keep the rotation as is. It has worked out pretty well so far; I don't see any reason we should change it around.

Leave the min managing to the coach. I'm sure if he sees Brooks struggling out there he won't hesitate pulling him and bring in Lowry.

If it is not broken, then do not fix it, why are you going to make a change when the team is winning, and completing for the seed #2? Thinking this later, not right now.

Why would you do that? To mess up the little chemistry we have building up between the starters right before the playoffs? Do you know our record since AB became the starter? Lowry is a perfect fit for our second unit. His ability to penetrate and find open guys makes our second unit dangerous. If you put him in the starting lineup, our second unit will be a group of confused guys with nobody besides Wafer able to create their own shot. It would be devastating.

Just keep things as they are and let Lowry play more at the end of games unless we need some offense.

This gets brought up every week and I say the same thing: it makes sense to have the better 3-pt shooter playing the most minutes with Yao. Given that Yao probably gets doubled more than any post player in the league this is pretty important. Leave the starting line up the way it is then reevaluate this offseason.

I think Lowry is better and will start next season unless a trade is made but Brooks should definitely remain the starter this close to the playoffs. It doesn't matter much anyway because the best guy is going to end up getting the most meaningful minutes.

I wouldn't expect any changes in the rotation at all at this point of the year. Surely RA will play AB and Lowery different amounts of minutes during the playoff games depending on matchups and how they are doing in that particular game, but nothing major will change.

But if we lose in the first OR second round, I expect that Morey will make a trade or somehow bring in a veteran point guard next year. If AB or Lowry are not included in that transaction, which I doubt they would be, expect them to fight for back up minutes behind whoever we bring in.

Get out of the second round and whoever has the most impact will have the heads up for the starting job next year.
