I couldn't get it to play on my computer. Is this the one that has people morphing and a masked gunman on it?

The image that will predominate when you think back on it is 11 and 12 YO girls testifying to interviewers and cameras about how they can't wait to die for Palestine as "shahads" (?).

The state desensitizes these kids to their natural fear of death and replaces it with a lusting for death by suicide.

From my peacekeeping duties, I learned the most dangerous creature on Earth is an armed 12 or 13-year old boy. They have no concept of what killing really means and they will do it without a thought. I think that the only way to take care of this is to "nip" this culture of martyrdom in the bud. Educate them that there is a better way than blowing up themselves and innocents so Yassir Arafat can continue to get rich off the international aid money he and his cronies skim to pad their wallets. This is proof positive the evil in the "Palestinian" leadership that uses their children as explosive projectiles.

Stop and think why a 12-13 yr old would even be influenced to pick up a weapon. Obviously it has to be because of trauma,

and what better way to get back... well attacking the one causing the trauma sure sounds great, and these great gentlemen seem to feel my pain, and are supporting me, ill listen to what they say...

That was just in the mind of a say 12 yr old child whose family member has just been shot down due to a misguided firing. I mean if your parents were shot, would you not want to do anything possible to be able to get back at the person who killed them. I'm sure parents dont send their children to schools to be taught hatred and violence, if you believe that , you are just ignorant and need a reality check. If anything. these are just kids being peer pressured by other kids who may have been affected ffrom some sort of a mishap, ie a family member killed..

That's all good and well but most of these kids aren't orphans. They write pledge letters to their parents announcing their devotion to this cause and urging their parent's not to cry, etc. Virtually all children get this indoctrination. At one point, they said it was found in four different levels of schoolbooks.

They have training videos that show death not to be much more than hitting the ground gracefully.

Also, they conclude that if only 1% of the school-age population pursue this devotion in early adulthood (18+) it will be a disaster of monumental proportions.

    Stats without links...

I mean have you lived the life of the palestinian children, Your information is as skewed as the stuff the arabian residents get. How do you know the children are taught that they have to kill the Jews etc etc. it was shown once on Cnn, and woah, everyone uses it as a fallback point.

As I said, much of this is just Peer pressure towards the other children. And the stuff written in the quran is taken in the wrong way when translated. The stuff about killing the infidels, and finding jews and killing them is all very blown out of proportion, and made to make islam look like a bloodthirsty religion, Which it isnt...

sorry cant tell if ur serious or not.
Well, the ones that pick up a gun because of TV, usually attempt to recreate the scene, Like cops and robbers, etc etc. Even if they are influenced by TV. they usually want others to know what they are doing, these here kids are leaving freaking notes saying, "im out and am not coming back, most probably am going to try to kill someone." This does not seem to be the typical monkey see monkey do event, its more of a You hit my granpa's, dads' brothrs' friends, wifes sister, so i will attack you and some other people twice as badly.

But still, does this mean its OK to promote this violence. I'm promise that the Israeli's dont preach this type of hate to their children.

My question is how to change a societies view on life. The girls said they would rather have DEATH than peace and rights.

I don't blame the Israelis for putting up a wall.. You have 2 choices. Let them blow people up or Let them live behind a wall.

You have to understand the nature of the dispute. Do some research on what was once Palestine 50 years ago. Then look to see what is Israel / Palestine today. If I was a Palestinian I would be pissed too. There is no justification (in my mind) for killing yourself and especially others. But these people are opressed and have been for years. Then at that more settlements are being built on their (palestinians) land. They have no means to fight back other than to blow themselves up. Its a complicated situation, both parties share the blame for this. Israel, Palestine and indirectly shall I say American policy towards the Palestinians. We slap them on the hand all the time but tell Israel nothing when they continue to build on land that is not theirs. Its unfortunate because both sides are equally wrong....

To blame ALL of the palestinian's problems(and im not saying that you are) on the israeli's is nonsense. They are a victim of corrupt government that has pocketed BILLIONS of dollars that was supposed to go towards food and housing. Recognizing the poverty is easy, determining the reasons for it is tougher. If there was no violence, the palestinians would be able work among the Israeli's.

I just don't see how there will ever be peace until Israel's right to exist is acknowledged. Hamas still calls for the destruction of Israel and a large majority of Palestinians support their cause.

We can look back and place blame on each other. But until there is some forgiveness on each side, NOTHING positive is going to happen. To teach (more like brainwashing) hate, violence, and death to the children will only ensure more death and destruction in the future, both inside and outside of Israel.

The Palestinians suffer many injustices. Oppression and policies of Israel are among them. A leadership that in part doesn't serve their best interest is another. These are only a couple of examples of the problems that Palestinians face.

I am all for combatting these problems, but suicide bombing attacks on civilians, and promotion of those activities doesn't help solve any of those problems. I understand why people would want to lash out, and I can see where the oppression they've suffered would lead to hatred, but that isn't the trail that will set them free.

Your are most certainly right in my opinion. However, I always give the Palestinians the benefit of the doubt, becasue of some of the consessions that Israel's government havent stood up to. I think it is blatantly obvious that Palestines Government is corrupt and Hamas is as bad as Al Qaeda. However I think the Palestinian people dont want or back what those two organizations do. I think since Israel is the more (for lack of a better word) stable government they need to work with the Palestinian PEOPLE. Its hard when Israel comes in with tanks and kill innocent people for those people to not have some hatred for Israelis. It doesnt help at all that the two leaders of the people are arch enemy's. I know a guy who was in the IAF I think its called "Israel Armed Forces" for the past 4 years and just moved to America. He says the majority of soliders do not agree with all the tatic's that they are ordered to do. But they do them anyway in a kill or get killed situation. I could go on and on about this sorry for getting off topic, I just think Israel should be the bigger People/Government or whatever you want to call it, and try to work with the PEOPLE. And go after Hamas in a seperate fashion. Back on topic though, their is no justification for teaching suicide bombings to people young or old.

So how do you go after Hamas in s "seperate fashion" when the people you are trying to work with could very well be Hamas? The lines are more blurred than you make it seem.

Well first it's necessary to understand Hamas, the make up of Hamas, and the needs it fulfills to it's community. Hamas is not just a terrorist organization. Though that is certainly a big part of it. But probably the most important thing to the people of Palestine is the fact that Hamas takes in orphans, feeds the poor, gives people an education(admittedly a horribly slanted education). They perform social services that endears them to the Palestinians. Once endeared people are often times willing to die for what the Hamas ornganization says should be done.

The first step toward getting rid of Hamas would be to offer an alternative to the services they provide. Once that is done people will be less loyal to them.

However the good thing is that the most recent poll shows that only about 35% of Palestinians support suicide bombing of civilians. This is a huge imporvement, and I think provides a huge opportunity for the U.S. to help fund organizations that would provide the social services offered by Hamas.

But they preach it to the Military, which is still young men/women, right. Since when is age a criteria in warfare. I mean the kids are probably told from a young age to join the army, and then at the early 20's they are made into Killing Machines.

The video you saw was off an israeli website, I wonder how freaking biased that was. I'm sure I could learn some, for example German, and the way to pronounce it and go shoot some video clips, and show it off as all Germans still being Nazi's. Not saying that this doesnt ever happen, but I can assure you this isnt the norm. Most kids are taught the right morals and values... the only ones that usually fall prey to these situations are the children who have themselves been harmed, or they have seen their friends hurt.

Also you have more than 2 choices. How about show the people of the palestinian side, that they too matter, and they will be taken care of, and given equal rights... etc etc. Putting a wall up is as wrong as Nazi Termination Camps. Enuff said.

I'm straight up offended by this comment. Nazi termination camps were DEATH camps set up to EXTERMINATE jews. The wall is there to PROTECT jews from suicide bombers and wackos that think they can just go and kill someone because Allah said it's ok. I would place the military wing of Hamas in the same category as the Nazis because they want to EXTERMINATE the jews in Israel.

Nazi initial plan: To protect proper Germans from the Jewish terror, and ship them put. When that didn't work, put them behind walls and keep them seperate. 3rd stage: Final Solution.
