Jim (Rapid City): Can you please answer this question for me, nobody will give me any time? What are the chances of an Iverson for Francis trade? Maybe even throwing in Eric Snow and Mobley into the mix. I think iverson would be a better teammate for Yao than Francis is. Especially after seeing the allstar game. What do you think? ken Bikoff: (5:18 PM ET ) I hated the pick when the Bulls made it, but Hinrich has been great. I wasn't convinced that Hinrich had the quickness to defend in the NBA and I didn't think he would be able to create off the dribble. He proved me wrong on both counts. As for building around him, I think he's a building block and a very strong one at that. But he's not a centerpiece in the mold of LeBron or Tracy McGrady. Hinrich can be a star, but you don't want your offense centered on the point guard in the NBA. * kevin(North Bend, OR): I say that either the Rockets or Nuggets falter down the stretch and the Blazers sneak in the #8 spot. Do you agree? ken Bikoff: (5:27 PM ET ) I don't think either team will falter late. Both are playing with a lot of confidence, and the Blazers are the team starting to falter. There is time for the Blazers to get back into the race, but I like the group that currently is the top eight seeds. I think Utah will be left out in the cold this season along with Portland. * jim (Rapid City): Do you think the team that most western squads would be the most afraid to face in the playoffs would be the Rockets? On any given night Francis can realize his role and Yao can carry them past almost any team. It might be a stretch, but I don't think any team would want to play them. Ken Bikoff: (5:28 PM ET ) I think this answer would fall to the Grizzlies. Hubie Brown gets the most out of his team, they play solid defense and they don't seem to know that they aren't supposed to win in the first round. I think they will put up the biggest fight of the underdogs no matter who they play. * John (LA): Lets say everyone leaves the Lakers next year; karl, payton, jackson. But the Lakers keep kobe, what can they get for Shaq in a trade. Can they get Yao and franchise from Houston. Ken Bikoff: (5:49 PM ET ) Wake up from that dream right now. Yao is a Rocket probably for life, and they certainly aren't going to be giving him up any time soon. We'll just shut this one down right now. Yao ain't going anywhere. * John (LA): Hello Dr. Jack love your work, is there anyway the Lakers can trade Shaq for Yao and franchise during the summer Dr. Jack Ramsay: Not going to happen...

Yao is the future What the hell is John from LA smokin'
you've got to be kidding me! And I thought the trade talks here in the GARM were bad. Yao and Franchise for Mr. over the hill SHaq? Shaq is has already peaked and is only getting older and bigger....
my bad.............. Ken Bikoff: (5:16 PM ET ) I think you should ask Glenn Robinson and Jerry Stackhouse and Keith Van Horn just how good a teammate Iverson can be. Houston's offense will revolve around Yao, and Iverson wouldn't be comfortable in such a situation. So don't go looking for the Rockets and Sixers to pull off that blockbuster. It really wouldn't help the Rockets move their offense inside.
