What is up with our spacing??? I have been watching, as everyone, a lot of playoff basketaball and for some reason when I see the Rockets get set in their offense the players seem to be so close together. It looks like a log jam at around 15-20 feet especially if Shane is at the corner, as always, when he just sits there it makes it more difficult to pass out of a double or avoid it. Especailly with Yao trying to post in the lane and Scola at the same time 2 big bodies clogging things. Is this a result of not having the players that fit Adelman's system or just not being able to coach the players to run it correctly? Maybe the players just can't get the spacing correct no matter what... Shoot!
Yeah, sometimes i am so confused how terrible their offense is... but fortunately, those guys still remember what Van Gundy had told them
