I know nobody had any interest in this series originally because we all just assumed the Pistons would sweep the Cavs with ease. However, it's now 2-2 in game 5 and the Cavs are ahead in the third quarter. I'm thinking it's time this series got it's own thread.

Also, I've got to know - does Reggie Miller always say 'dude' on the air? I've heard him say it three times tonight! WTF? It's like having Keanu Reaves commentate.

WTH? Reggie Miller just said (of Chauncey Billups) "They don't call him Mr. Bigshot for anything!"

That doesn't make sense, Reggie, but at least you didn't end it with 'dude'.

Rasheed will be OK, he picked up his 3rd tech in the playoffs, you need 7 I believe to get a suspension.

BTW, WTF is wrong with Detroit? Why are they playing so passively and making so many mental mistakes on the court? This is why Flip Saunders isn't and never will be a great coach, he doesn't take his players to task when need be.

Detroit is f***ing up my playoff dream matchup of Miami vs. Detroit...I've been waiting all season to see that matchup. Detroit BETTER win this game

Why is that your dream matchup? I'm more interested in seeing Lebron vs. Wade, personally.

Absolutely stunning. I can't believe the Cav's have even won A game, much less three. This is insane.

If Piston can't get out of the first round, you gotta believe Flip Saunders reputation as a playoff choker will continue for a long time.

They've been a front-running team all season, meaning Flip really never had to do any REAL coaching (ie - make adjustments when things aren't going well, or design a strategy to beat a superior opponent.)

This team was custom-fit for Flip... and his original (pre-season) game plan worked great for 90 games... now its time to show that he can really coach, or this WILL be one of the greatest upsets of all time.

This is the second round wizkid...

You can see this coming, they're just playing stupid scared basketball, I hate the Heat so I would actually prefer the Cavs advancing because they're the much better basketball team right now.

    League's All-NBA 2nd Team center...

0-7 FT and a garbage performance.

    OVERATED!!!

Anyone doubt that if you put Yao on that Pistons Team instead of Ben Wallace, Cleveland would have been eliminated by now?

Yea... Lebron will never average 40/20/20, so he'll never be great.... and Kobe will rule the world forever... ;)

I remember saying months ago when the Pistons were red hot that this new found offense was going to screw them in the playoffs because they weren't playing defense or rebounding as well. Even though the stats suggested that they were equally as good defensively you could tell that they weren't the same, and now we are seeing the results. They were never as good offensively as they showed during the regular season, they just don't have the talent, they were the same win 80 to 75 team that they were with Larry Brown, not this win 100-90 team or lose. Now they have forgotten all about what it took for them to win a championship and it will probably cost them another, moral of the story? Keep your Hall of Fame coach no matter how much of a physcho spot light queen he might be.

As a big Rasheed fan this is very disappointing... Just look at Rasheed's stats and you'll see how much more p***y this team became, taking almost two times as much threes and grabbing 1.4 less rebouds.
