    I required Insurance to go along with that to protect the buyer as well as myself. I know it may seem a lot to ship from arlington to houston but I decided to go with the flat rate because figuring out shipping charges throughout the U.S. was going to give me a headache

    I believe the warranty hasn't been used yet since I haven't registered the nano. I'll have to look and make sure.

    I don't know when the warranty expires but I did buy the ipod from ebay sealed then opened it and changed my mind. it has never been registered so however that works out.
