Yeah, we saw it here : http://bbs.clutchcity.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=27881&highlight=350Z It's #1 or #2 on my "next car" list.
It depends on what you call "high". The price will range from $26k - about $34k. For a 280+ horsepower sports car that will probably run 0-60 in the 5's, I think that's a steal.
Its going to run in the low 6's to high 5's from what I've heard. I think it looks like an Eclipse kinda. I think I would rather have the EVO VII thats coming out soon. It's going to be cheaper, faster, and a better handler.
True dat, but the new Z ain't that much bigger. I've seen em both and have driven the Evo VI and new VII and can tell you there ain't no better car in that price range. Put it this way if they bring the real Evo VII that I drove (not the detuned version) then there is no question in my mind it would embarrass any vehicle on the road. Just in case your wondering I'm a dealer in California. Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Hyundai, and sadly Isuzu (I hope Isuzu reps don't find this site).
Man I have to have one...... Why dont car prices drop a little more. I cant handle this $30 K bs.....
I don't know that I like it that much. Reminds me of a cross between the Beetle and the Mercedes Convertable (or maybe the Lexus convertable). My brother says that so called "mid-life crisis" cars really aren't. He says that's the only time someone can really afford one. At the same time though, you don't have to buy a ridiculously expensive sports car. You could by an outrageously expensive Lexus or Jaguar or something. And some older people would buy a Mustang or Camero, which is not terribly costly. So I think it depends on the car and the circumstances.
