Brad Buckman at the 32? I'd be surprised if he was even drafted.

Alexander Johnson if we pick up Brewer, Gay, Carney, Redick etc. (a 1, 2 or 3). Shawne Williams, Mike Gansey, Steve Novak or Marcus Vinicius if we draft a big at #8 (Aldridge, Bargani, Simmons or O'Bryant).

No, we don't need another 6-7 PF (Thomas) who has hops but no heft.

My fault about Buckman. We should call him the day after the draft and add him to the summer league. He reminds me of a shooting Chris Dudley.

I wonder if our 2nd rounder will be able to contribute or get off the bench next year...

joel freeland, unknown getting some hype, alleged promise by clippers was reported (34th pick).

leon powe, potentially jho's range and hayes rebounding presence in one body.

Dee Brown and PJ Tucker should be added to the list.

But I guess it all depends on who we pick up in the 1st. If we pickup a SG, Gansey wouldn't be as needed since we already have Head. But all things equal:

    1. Tucker- Tough, athletic player that can give TMac some rest.
    2. Gansey- Really reminds me of Jon Barry, energy guy that can shoot.
    3. Dee Brown- Could be the backup we need at PG, the guy would have been a First Rounder last season if not for the injury.
    4. Novak- Better shooter than Pittsnogle IMO.

novak doesn't have the atheticism to make it in the NBA. Gansey is a sleeper. Decent atheticism, great all-around fundamental game, fantastic shooter, decent size.

Before the LSU game, the highest I saw him was the final pick of the 2nd rd in mock drafts. But after his LSU performance I'm sure he fell off the radar of NBA scouts...

The best player available. I don't care what position. We need depth.

I would like Pittsnogle- a big who can shoot with range and who can rebound well and set good screens. He also has a few nifty inside moves. He'd be ideal to share backup center minutes with Deke.
