From http://www.hardradio.com: As reported by playbill.com, SEBASTIAN BACH has signed to fill the sandals of the Messiah in the new national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar that borrows elements from the recent Broadway staging and launches November 1 in California. Jesus Christ Superstar will rehearse and tech in La Mirada, CA, and play a run of Nov. 1-17 at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, before heading into the desert to play the Aladdin in Las Vegas, NV. A year long tour follows to San Antonio, TX, Greenville, DC, Orlando, Minneapolis, Louisville, Kalamazoo, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Baltimore, Vancouver, Milwaukee, Houston, and Los Angeles, among other cities. The tour will last at least to September 2003.

Ah hell Scary, I assumed you already knew about those sights....two of the best for keeping up with 80's metal. Why not do Jesus Christ Superstar? By all reports, he did a bangup job in Phantom.. Quicksand Jesus....probably my fav song off that album..awesome song. National tour? wonder if it's comin here? I might actually go to a musical just to see that.
