I think they will level out. But I was SHOCKED to see them come back and beat Memphis. I think their lack of inside game will eventually come back to haunt them. They are shooting well right now. Allen, Lewis and Daniels are playing REALLY well for them. Man I wish the Rockets would have been able to get Daniels in the offseason!

Hasn't Seattle gotten off to a fast start the past 2 or 3 years?

    they started last season 5-1

season before that, they started off 8-2

    no playoffs in either season.

I watched most of last night's game against the grizz. Seattle was phoenominal. They came back from a 20 point deficit.

their intensity was great. Daniels was a huge sparkplug. he was unconcious and he knew it too. he just shot from anywhere on the floor.

Collison played lockdown D on Gasol in the 4th. the box score won't show his contributions, but he had a great game. Maybe he can be the defensive/rebounding presence that seattle has been lacking in recent years. too bad about the injury last year.

didn't see fortson play. i know he's been boarding well as always. maybe he's injured.

Allen was awesome too. he had a sweet dunk over Swift at the end of the game.

You could just see it in their eyes during the comeback. they knew they were going to win.

Actually Fortson was suspended for a flagrant foul the previous game.

Their record isn't a by-product of the schedule, and they've had strong play late in games. I'm very impressed - especially considering Ray Allen's issues with managment (and half the players in the league. What's up with Reverend Ray?)

Run&Gun, playing a lot like the Dallas team without Dampier. Shooting 3s a lot. Dont play much D either. An entertaining team indeed. Will be suprised to see they are going to make the playoof this year.

Horrible road team last two seasons. So far they played 5 home games and 2 road, lost badly to the clippers on the road. This is an energy team with some shooters. They have beat Spurs, Nugs and Kings this year though.

I thought they beat some pretty good teams at home last year as well?? (could be wrong)

They always start well and then fade when the shooting streaks end.

If I was GM of their club I would definitely be looking to make a move for a semi-decent big guy - just someone better than Reggie Evans!

They've got pieces they could move - I'm sure we'd be happy to send them Howard or Taylor in exchange for Daniels! That'd give them something in the low block to offset their (outstanding) perimeter game!

With guys like Allen, Lewis and Radmanovic off the bench they are loaded as an outside threat - and if they could just find someone who could score in the block there could be playoffs beckoning!

Isn't Allen shooting over 60% ... wonder if that will continue

they certainly have soem great scorers in Allen, Radman and Lewis and some nice PGs in Ridnour and Daniels and some nic bruisers/rebounders in Evans and Fortson.......pity most of them play one end and not the other, nevertheless a nice mix of players without a real C

anyone know how Collison is playing, really liked his game at Kansas

wonder if they can keep the shooting up or if eventually the lack of D will hurt them

How did he know anything if he was unconscious? much less shoot at all? That's insane! Did he have a concussion?

no seriously, did you mean he had no conscience? because i mean, that's vastly different from what you said.

Unconscious. It's a basketball term for being "on fire". He couldn't miss.
