I hope this is in the right section. Have any of you season ticket holders been contacted by the Rockets? I haven't gotten anything in the mail, e-mail or anything and I have been a season ticket holder for 3 years straight. Are they going to call me a week before the season or what? Has anyone gotten any information from the team yet?

I got my stuff about 2 weeks ago.......I think I would call them if they have not gotten with you yet. My seats APPEAR to be better for less $. $25 vs. $34, Row 2 vs Row H, the section appears to be similiar.

We got a call seeking to set up an appointment, and then a package in the mail, including an invoice for the new seats, and proposed new seat locations. The letter also scheduled an appointment to come in and talk but we cancelled the appointment and handled the business over the phone.

I got mine about two weeks ago also. Nice packet. There is an overlay of the old stadium over the new. Very informative.

But more importantly, I think today is the last day to renew, so I suggest you call right away.

I kinda remember reading that long-time season ticketholders were being taken care of first, then they'd do newer season ticketholders. You might be second wave?

Well...that sucks. You probably are right. My money is just as good as long-time season ticketholders. 3 years straight is not exactly pennies. The Rockets are always bad about this type of stuff. It is like they are just know learning customer service. It is insane that I haven't gotten ANY contact about the upcmoing season after 3 years of buying season tickets. Not even a flyer in the mail. Disappointing from an organization that had a hard time selling tickets last year. Not really surprising though.

dskillz, if you haven't been contacted, you should call. We are not contacting the longest season ticket holders first, just full season first. Right now we are mainly focusing on club level seating.

dskillz, if you haven't gotten a packet by now, call ... all the packets were sent out at the same time. You should have received one ... give a ticket rep a call and it can get fixed up pretty quickly.

Rockets should hire a Mark Cuban-type to work on the marketing!
