For those of you with HDTVs, at what point do you get over the fact that SD channels look pretty weak on a HDTV set?

Its sort of irritating to watch non-HD NBA games on MSG network.
I feel like my tv is an old nintendo game.

I got over it real quick when I see what I would pay to have a HD receiver and service with a TIVO...

yeah, it sucks to see how bad SD signals look on my DLP.

I'm planning to move in the summer and will be sure to live in an apartment where I can get VOOM satellite service.

The crappiness of SD is extremely disappointing, but like mateo said, when I watch HD programming, I forget all about it.

In fact, I just upgraded by HD receiver today from the USDTV to the LG 3510=A OTA & QAM HD receiver with a 1080 upscaling DVD player all in one box. I will be setting that bad boy up for the Super Bowl tomorrow!

Unfortunately, when I move I'm gonna have to upgrade my TiVO box to an HD TiVO.
