He is too soft and he can't rebound. His defense sucks and his offense the last couple of games is been horrible. The Rockets should sign Dale Davis or Alan Henderson since they both could rebound and play physical basketball. AK47, Okur, Humperies were all just killing Padgett today. Maybe they should try Vin Baker to see if he has anything left.
everyone knows this. even his nba.com player page lists him at "F" and not "PF" you need his shooting. what you'd idealy do is drop vin baker and pick up dale davis.
I don't think Vin has much left in the tank but maybe JVG will give him a chance soon. Let's hope he can still play for short periods of time.
If Padgett is not hitting his shots or even taking any for that matter than he is a big liability on the defensive end of the floor. We need him to atleast shoot the ball. I wouldnt mind giving Vin Baker a few mins and see if he has anything left. He might actualy be able to help out on the boards and if I remember correctly he also has a nice jump shot.
