    Actually, I think the awards for the Thunder and for the Rockets should be switched. Adelman deserves COY more than Brooks, not that Brooks is not deserving. And Durant deserves MIP more than Brooks, not that Brooks is not deserving.

    Congrats to Scott Brooks. He really deserved it this year... 50 wins for a team that wasn't really even expected to make the playoffs.

    huh?? Adelman did well, but all the talk about the rockets being bad were ignited by Barkley's ignorant comments. I would say this team only "overachieved' by 10 wins, maybe less. OKC meanwhile improved by almost THIRTY wins, made the playoffs and are a top defensive team. All with a core of really young players and they didn't acquire big significant talent in the offseason, so all this is mostly due to the coaching change.
