...any odds on who gets their shiny new presidential pardon first?

...the Donald's kids don't count (they were always in on this fix)…

...my bet's on Ken Paxton...nobody needs one of those things right now more than he does...;)

I bought some MAGA hats 75% off on the internet and they sent me a golden ticket good for "One Presidential Pardon".

Anyone else get one? I read Ricky Schroeder got one too.

"She has always been a nice and pleasant woman the few times I saw her. I don't know what all that stuff (Epstein) was about, I know nothing about that. She is just a kind person. Good person."

I read somewhere that Trump was thinking about pardoning Ross Ulbricht.

One thing I guarantee - he won't pardon any poor people that nobody has ever heard of.

If you are either rich or famous, Trump wants to bask in your glow. The actual merits of the case for a pardon are irrelevant.

the mentally damaged people he and bill barr are sending on the federal death train in Indiana have more redeeming value at this point and are demonstrably less harmful to society

All the names you guys are throwing out there seem just like the kind of lowlifes he would pardon. I imagine anyone associated with him would top his list.

You are 100% correct, but I'd love to see the Trump minions justify it.

This should be the biggest pardon binge since Bush I pardoned one Iran Contra criminal after another until there was nobody left for House Investigative committee to interview. Bush I died thoroughly sainted and rehabbed as the Republicons and Centrist Dems are still trying to do for his son, Dubya.

Aside from his criminal allies and family members which is certain, I just hope Trump even as a FU to Hillary and the centrists Dems, will pardon Julian Assange and Snowden who have done so much to let the public know what is going on behind the walls o government secrecy. By the way iir this was intended to be a right for US citizens.

"You know, I met Charley at the Playboy Mansion probably 40 years ago. A real nice guy. A little different but he means no harm. You know prison really isn't right for someone like that. Did you know they consider rice a side dish in California prisons? Imagine that. I bet they say bread is too. Probably wheat bread. Good guy"

I'm sorry but that's WAAYYYYYY overselling Assange and Snowden's gift to society. Snowden telling me that my phone spies on me is nothing new. Assange letting me know about John Podesta's dinner plans doesn't do much for me.

What also should be noted is that in their moment of sanctity they flee America to hide under the umbrella of freaking Russia who is no shiny light of truth, freedom, and Democracy themselves. It's the height of hypocrisy that those two sit there and lambast the US while at the same time serving the interests of Russia who are far worse to their own people.

The US is no saint, and yeah there is a crapload of post 9/11 spying on their own people that is horrendous. Trust me... it's bad, it's often racist towards people with brown skin and different religions, and it needs to be exposed. But Snowden, and Assange are no friends of truth, Justice, and the American way.

That being said, if I was president I would still think about working out a deal to bring Snowden back in as a symbol of recognition to the American people that we were wrong in our approach post 9/11, and we are trying to do better. Still... the guy is no F-ing saint, and it's sort of gross to see you promote them here while pointing fingers at Democrats as the bad guys at the same time. You have a very naïve view of who the good guys and who the bad guys are.
