He was coming in on a flight from San Francisco I believe. I was there picking up a friend and it looked like he was on the same flight. I didn't say anything to him. He looked to be in a hurry.

Now that I've posted this, I wonder what relevance it has to anything. :)

    Sorry, no pics.

    Jeff,

I have to say most posters would get flamed for starting a thread like this, no info, no pictures........ :p

But I have to believe you are safe... :D

You should ask Yao's Dad is Yao going back to China or not? Is Yao secretely working out with TMac in Houston on their two men game?

I'm hungry for any info during the off season. :D

crash5179, just by coincident, I saw your quote on Classic Quotes:

"The main reason for passing on Yao Ming is that when his name is translated from chinese to english it is pronounced Shawn Bradley!"

Did you really say that, that's funny. :D

Me and my brother saw him at Randalls. He acutally looks like Yao up close. He also does that yao one arm behind the back other arm holidng it technique. He was looking at breads. Didnt want to disturb him a man deserves to look at breads without having to worry about the fans.

It's hard to miss a tall middle-aged Chinese man whose face showed up a few times on TV in Rockets games.

Well, it's not like his picture isn't plastered on your tv in every home game Yao plays. ".... and there's yao's parents". That combined with the fact he's something like 6'7" or 6'8" tall and Chinese leads him to be spotted rather easily, I suppose.

Next time when someone sees Yao's dad, you should clarify from him whether he goes by George Ming too or not?
