I am looking for a website where I can compare the different rates, fees and other features/benefits offered for account holders. I have been looking around and even for a CD, the going rate is close to 2% for 24 months, which is pathetically low. I would almost prefer taking the risk and just put it all in the market right now, but I am afraid I may be overexposed to the market and it might be smarter to balance things out a bit. I have done quite well for myself in the market over the years, so I am certainly not as jittery as most people are these days. Any recommendations?
If you want to compare rates/yields on CD's or savings accounts, go to bankrate.com. You aren't going to find great rates with savings or cd's if that's what you're looking for.
http://www.bargaineering.com/articles/high-yield-savings-accounts-rates.html Those are about as high as your're going to find these days.
