The hitters are catching up to Hudson and Zito. Word is spreading quickly around the league, lay off Hudson's slider (which he rarely throws over the plate) and wait for his fastball. He has gotten hit hard in his last 3 games. Zito has a great curveball, but is getting little run support. Miller is throwing a ton of pitches. My pitchers are decent, they just haven't come through yet. Colon is giving me 19. Clemens 18. Mussina 12.5 Tapani 16 and Crawford 13. If Mussina comes around I'd put my three up against anyone. ------------------ humble, but hungry.
Colon, Clemens and Mussina will be fine. Crawford, a rookie, has been a suprise. Can he do it all year? With that Redsox lineup, he just may win 15 games. Tapani pitches for the Cubs.
