DeAndre Jordan and Andrew Bynum are probably the top two right now.

All-star game is not a function of actual impact, its about popularity

According to everyone's favorite stat......SamDambeast>Jordan in terms of PER. I could care less about PER but i think both have played decent.

Given the schedule, I'd be just fine with all of our guys getting some much-needed rest during All Star weekend.

Fail that you guys don't even mention Marc Gasol.
@garner: Pau is in the Forward category, not eligible.

Bynum, M. Gasol, Jordan, Cousins, Nene are ahead of Dalembert(right now) in my opinion, Okafor and Gortat have better averages as well.

Sammy would need tons of 15/10 games to be considered.

Blame Hollinger and blame the people that feel it is a great measure to determine how efficient a player is. I for one am with ya DD.....not a proponent of PER but in any case back to the subject.

I forgot about Gasol as in MARC GASOL. he should be an all star as well.

Here are the votes from the 1st count at center:

Andrew Bynum (LAL) 496,597; DeAndre Jordan (LAC) 134,961; Marc Gasol (Mem) 102,116; Nenê (Den) 94,167; Marcin Gortat (Pho) 62,631; Kendrick Perkins (OKC) 41,579

There will only be 2 centers on the team, 3 at most if there's depth. Bynum will end up being the starter, clearly. And then all those other guys listed will be picked by the coaches before Dalembert. I think Marc Gasol gets the nod for the reserve center spot.

Dalembert has no chance of making the All-Star game ...

I love what he's brought to the team so far . . . but let's not get carried away - Now Lowry - that's a different story

    It should be

    Andrew Bynum
    Marc Gasol

Deandre Jordan has no business coming anywhere close to the allstar game...

For reserves do you have to pick a true C?

I think Aldridge would get in as a big (PF/C). Love, Aldridge, Griffin, Bynum are all making it to the ASG. If Bynum gets hurt, pick a Gasol. The end.

So we have the second best center in the West? In other words Morey got it done?!? Doesn't this also make the Rockets a contender? OMFG
