Im trying to help my friend get some business cards done in time for the car show at Reliant this weekend.
However most places Ive called need 2-4 days for printing.
Does anyone know spots that can turn around business cards quickly?
    THanks

Buy the business card stock paper from a place like Office Depot and print them out on a computer.

Yep. Avery makes a good one. 25 sheets = 250 cards for like $15.

Those don't look very professional to me.

There is a shop on Post Oak [take the W. Bellfort Exit and then drive over W.Bellfort]
It is on the left side. I forget the name. I think they do one day turnaround
not sure on the pricing either.

New card. What do you think? Picked them up from the printer's yesterday.
    - Good coloring.
That's Bone. And the lettering is something called Silian Rail.
    - It's very cool, Bateman, but that's nothing. Look at this. Eggshell with Romalian type. What do you think?
    Nice.
    - Jesus. That is really super. How'da nitwit like you get so tasteful?
I can't believe that Brice prefers Van Patten's card to mine.
    - But wait. You ain't seen nothin' yet. Raised lettering, pale nimbus ... white.
Impressive. Very nice. Let's see Paul Allen's card.

Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh, my God. It even has a watermark.

Depends on how much effort you put into the design. With the exception of raised lettering, home made cards can look as professional as those made at a shop as long as you use quality paper and ink.
