i hate rondo man, and i hate doc rivers. They think they are so good individually...when i would argue doc is the crappiest coach in the nba and rondo is a effin smurf.
No worries. I flipped to NBATV but nothing. Was it a real punch or an "inadvertent elbow"? Looks like Rondo is killing him on the court (18 points, 8-9 shooting, 4 steals at HALF).
Rondo was beating sam to the basket and sam was frustrated. Sam also wanted fouls called on rondo for reaching, but refs didnt call any. Then rondo drove to the basket past sam, and sam was mad and just PUNCHED him in the air. Knocked rondo to the floor and rondo stayed down for a while. Bloody nose. Not sure if flagrant 1 or 2.
looks like flagrant 2. it was a pretty nasty punch, looks like rondo's face jerked 90 degrees. that game is heating up. 2 technicals already.
If I was Rondo's teammate I would be the first to attack Cassell and get my guys back. The funny past is that in all likelihood Cassell would be my teammate in the coming weeks.

This is the toughness the rockets need. This is the PG the rockets need. Notice how none of boston's players even tried to go after cassell, he has class and is respected. Rondo's teammates dont even back him up.
hitting someone from the behind while he's in the air isnt toughness. its called being a low down p***y. You really think Casell intimidates anyone on the Boston (or any other) team?...lol That was a s*** job, cassell.
Imagine all the "KILL HIM" posts that would be in the GARM if he did that to a Rocket....especially Yao.
I hope after that cheap punch the Celtics don't want him anymore and we can take him instead. Not likely though, we lost him to Boston....
